Class 16: Externalities and Public Goods

Textbook reading: Kreps, Chapter 17, all of it. The only algebra is the three-division example in 17.5, and you can skip Kreps’ solution of it: Q48 has you do the same thing with a table. Read Problems 17.1 and 17.2 (Freedonia again) before class; Q46 and Q47 are built on them.
